Slathbog's Gold - M.L. Forman Edit

I think I would rate the book more accurately, so I think I would change this one to 1.5 star.

2.5 star

Reading this on translated version, so I won't comment about writing style.

Nice fantasy world brought me back to the classic feeling. Well constructed adventurer custom, creatively magical bag. Other nice element of old-school, treasure hunting, dragon slaying.

But the Gary Stu protagonist had led me down. Every step of Alex's journey was laid by a red carpet. It's his destiny to being a great without doing much things. He can masterfully use a legendary sword without being trained. He was able to defeat the group of bandits, a dragon, with just a little effort. Everyone who is not an enemy welcomed him well, gave him a good bed and meals. Even elves in The Hobbits was not that friendly to Bilbo and his gang (Actually, because of bad relationship between elves and dwarfs)

PS. Sorry for my bad grammars.
